Toronto International Boat Show
The Legend Boats booth for the Toronto International Boat Show is a massive 9814 sq ft. product floor. The theme for the updated booth was camping; complete with fake grass, trees, and docks on fake water. The idea was to create an environment that would highlight the boats and give visitors a booth experience like no other.

The Layout
When displaying 32 models, it can be difficult to come up with a layout that makes sense, display new models properly, and account for customer flow. I made mockups of the entire booth in SolidWorks to make sure everything would fit and to give the team a solid plan for setup. The show floor also needed fake grass to tie in the theme, which needed to be planned and bought ahead of time.

The Archway
The archway was an important feature to design for the booth. It needed to be visible from a distance, go with the theme, and be robust yet easy to disassemble. The base consists of steel plates on the interior to add weight to the archway, while the sign is printed on a styrene sheet with a wooden-framed back to keep it light.

The Final Exhibit Design
The entire booth came together wonderfully after a lot of set up. It drove traffic to the Legend Boats booth and resulted in an environment that customers enjoyed and felt comfortable to shop around in.
