Trade Show Design
Accutron Instruments and Topvu take part in many trade shows over the course of a year both locally and internationally. It is my job to make sure all aspect of the show are planned, organized, paid for and shipped. Not only do I design the booth layout, promotional materials and backdrops but I also take care of the logistics of each show.

Planning & Design
Since some years we have attended over 12 conferences over the course of a few months, it's important to plan out each booth. Some shows are also very close together meaning difference booth setups and display products need to be used. The booth layouts give us a visual for what items need to be packed and how the setup should look for the people going to the show.

Logistics
Since there are many trade shows in a given year it's important for me to stay organize. I keep an excel spreadsheet of each task that needs to be completed, from paying for booths/sponsorships, renting furniture, booking shipments to designing and uploading online booth content. I also keep not of important deadlines and how much everything costs us for each show.

International Conferences
Along with Canadian shows, Accutron and TopVu often head to international mining shows to reach a greater audience. The booth setup for these kinds of conferences usually involves joint booths and flashier displays to increase impact. These kind of booths can be fun to design because they are less constrained on packing the most impact into our usual shipping crates.
